Importing your data


I used to import my data, why I cannot do it anymore?

It may be due to the file extension. Try exporting the data with a different excel file (.xlsx) and import it again.


Registration


Password did not arrive.

Check your spam folder. Some email providers automatically sort out mails as spam.
If not in your spam folder, contact support@biolovision.net and indicate your device brand and model, and server provider.


I forgot my password and/or username.

Your username is the email address you registered with.
If you remember your username, type it and click on "Request a new password". It will be sent to the registered email address within few minutes. Check you spam folder and let us know at support@biolovision.net if it did not arrive after a while.


How can I change my e-mail address / postal address and/or password?

Go to Menu > My account and
· change your postal address at personal data, and/or
· change your e-mail and/or password at Email and password.
Click on Modify and use the new credentials next time you log in.
