Deleting records

Only you on your own data and admins have the right to delete a record.

To delete a record:

• go to your own data

• choose the bin icon next to the observation to delete (1 on Image below for deleting a single observation) or the bin with a pen (2 on image below, for deleting a whole list) .

• A window will appear to confirm before deleting the entry, select confirm to delete the entry or cancel to keep it.

NB:

According the local portal you are using, the bin may be deactivated if the data has been already exported. When it is the case, the bin don't appear and the editing symbol is in red (3 on image Bin to delete data in "All my sightings").

To delete such data you may contact your local portal administrator
